creating jobs and planing for sustained development was started in 2004.The difficulty of constructing the upper station of Telecabine on a height of 700 m of an unreachable peak was overcome by powerful hands of the Iranian, and ultimately the Telecabine of Ramsar was operated in May 2008.
Mountainside And Seashore Phase
Also, Dreamland amusement park with an exceptional design including Carting tracks, ATV tracks, paintball standard field, and the greatest 6-dimensional cinema of the region is located in the mountainside phase of the complex.
Quality management award
Besides what briefly said above, a nicely-designed environment, virgin tourist areas, musical water fountain, several restaurants and coffee shops, and beautiful mountain hall and resort are among the attractions of this complex.
In its first year of operation, the complex succeeded to receive the quality management award from GIC England Ltd.
Introduction of the company and the board
From the very beginning days of the work, the private and prospective management of Green City, following the development policy, has solved the problems and has developed the complex by having hope for the future. All over this process, the economic and cultural transformations have always caused numerous obstacles. However, because of God’s help and personnel’s endeavors, no break occurred in the process of development. Although development plans are implemented according to the pre-defined model, they will change as per the modern requirements and cultural and technological promotions. This change is unavoidable for an active and dynamic complex. In this regard, the complex managers will always welcome the suggestions of cooperation by other companies and complexes that have a similar point of view and aim to act in national construction.
From bigining till today
The first step was the research phase that started in 2002. Technical and tourism consultations were started. Taking into consideration the biggest tourism projects in the world and being inspired by the similar models, we decided to build a big complex including different recreational and welfare facilities.
We aimed to build a great complex that could make Ramsar the first top tourism destination of Iran and to help Northern Iran to achieve an outstanding status in the international level. After performing day and night engineering work and selecting a suitable place for constructing this complex, the first executive phase was started in 2004 .
by concluding the contract of Telecabine construction with the experienced Belgian contractor. Building and installing huge poles on the steep and forested mountainside was assigned to the capable Iranian engineers. In 2009, operation of the first phase was started.
Its high safety was approved after executing different standard safety tests. This complex is still developing and its tourist attractions are increasing day by day.

Ramsar Green City is a safe environment for the families. Environmental design and personnel effort to create a joyful atmosphere for all members of a family is observable all over the complex. Wherever in the complex, the tourists can enjoy their favorite entertainments besides their family. The beauty of the natural environment and the modern and pleasant sports, each one appropriate for a certain age group and culture, provide all tastes a time of being happy together. Smoking and hookah smoking is prohibited in the complex. We respect to the privacy, culture and nationality of tourists. Health and safety of visitors and protection of the environment are the red lines of the complex.
